Interesting Visitors at Longreach Airport This Week!


There's been a few interesting visitors into Longreach Airport over the last week.  On Friday 14 September, JetGo Australia's Embraer E-135LR VH-JTG arrived from Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Tindal.  Information suggests that it is due to depart to Bourke and then Sydney on Saturday 15 September.


On Thursday 13 September, Gulf Coast Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-KXM passed through Longreach, enroute Dorunda Aerodrome (on Cape York) to Bankstown.  VH-KXM also passed through Longreach heading North on Wednesday 12 September.

Also using Longreach for a place to take on fuel during the week was KJM Contractors Raytheon B200 King Air VH-KMS.  It was noted passing through Longreach, arriving from Roma, and then heading North to Mount Isa on Wednesday 12 September.


Lastly, AirLink Beech 1900D VH-RUE was noted passing through Longreach on Monday 10 September, arriving from Roma, and then departing to Birdsville, and then further points to the North-West.
