Jetstar Airways' latest Airbus A320SL to enter service - VH-VFP - made its first visit into Central Queensland on Friday 11 October when it touched down at Hamilton Island Airport from Sydney as JST846. The sharklet equipped A320 departed back to Sydney later as JST849.
Incidentally, Jetstar has also recently taken delivery of two new A320SL aircraft with VH-VFQ entering service in the last week, while VH-VFT has only just been delivered into Melbourne this week.
Thanks to Townsville plane spotter Dave who actually captured VH-VFP as it visited Townsville Airport this week as well.
