Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 Jets Again for QantasLink and on FIFO at Central Queensland Airports

I travelled to Emerald on Wednesday 26 November and was pleasantly surprised to captured Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 VH-JFB visiting from Brisbane.  It was operating a scheduled service for QantasLink, touching down as UTY2402.  VH-JFB then departed back to Brisbane as UTY2403.

VH-JFB then departed Brisbane for Rockhampton, again operating a scheduled service to and from Rockhampton for QantasLink as UTY2356/2357.

Of interest, Alliance Fokker F-70 VH-JFE was noted operating into Mackay from Cairns and Townsville, again operating for QantasLink as UTY2666.  It returned to Cairns via Townsville as UTY2667.

Finally, back at Emerald Airport, I also captured the weekly Alliance Airlines operated Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight from Brisbane to Emerald and back.  On Wednesday 26 November, VH-QQY was operating the UTY1070/1071 flight.
