An interesting movement into Emerald Airport late on Saturday 21 February was Execujet Australia Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR. It is believed that the Challenger is being currently operated by Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) on med-evac flights.

While exact tracking of VH-URR is limited, it appears that it departed from and arrived back into Brisbane.
Meanwhile, on Sunday 22 February, Brisbane-based Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAD called into Emerald during a busy day of flying which started in Archerfield and finished at RAAF Base Tindal / Katherine in the Northern Territory.
