QantasLink Dash-8-Q300 VH-SBV Broken Down at Rockhampton Airport

Rockhampton plane spotters have noted that QantasLink Dash-8-Q300 VH-SBV has been parked on Gate 5 at Rockhampton Airport since it arrived late last Wednesday 11 February as QLK2314 from Brisbane.

While it is unclear exactly what the problem is, it has been reported to me that VH-SBV has undergone engine-runs each day over the last couple of days - including what was heard to be a full-power engine run on Monday 16 February.

Of interest, last Wednesday 11 February, sister-ship VH-SBG also flew into Rocky but as QLK2358 before it continued further North completing the QLK2314 service to Cairns via Mackay and Townsville.
