Machjet Cessna Citation Bizjet VH-SQM Airwork at Gladstone and Maryborough Airports

Late on Tuesday 12 January, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna S550 Citation S/2 VH-SQM was noted in the air above Gladstone Airport performing what looked to be a practice ILS approach followed by an overshoot.  It had flown up from its Sunshine Coast base.

VH-SQM then flew South and was believed to have also completed airwork around Maryborough Airport before returning to the Sunny Coast.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 12 January, a familiar visitor to Gladstone Airport in the form of Papam Cessna 402B VH-RLX was noted departing to Archerfield, while locally-based Cessna 210 VH-KTE which has recently taken up residence with Gladstone's Purcell's Engineering returned 'home' from Canberra and Moree.
