Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 Jet on FIFO and QLink Flights to Emerald Airport Tuesday

Interesting to note that Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 jet VH-QQV visited Emerald Airport three times over the course of Tuesday 2 February both on Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flights and operating services on behalf of QantasLink.

VH-QQV initially touched down at Emerald from the Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast operating a FIFO charter as UTY4072 before returning South as UTY4073.  Later in the day, VH-QQV then operated a pair of return services into Emerald Airport from and back to Brisbane, I believe on behalf of QantasLink, as UTY2602/2603/2604/2605.

It's also worth mentioning that last Wednesday 27 January, Alliance Airlines Fokker F-100 VH-FKG was also noted operating a service for QantasLink into Rockhampton Airport from and back to Brisbane as UTY2600/2601.
