As we posted a little while ago, VH-YUL was delivered to Yulgibar Pastoral Company in early February and replaced their Cessna 550 Citation Bravo bizjet VH-FGK which was involved in an incident which saw it veer of the Runway at Lismore Airport in September last year.
Also noted arriving into Longreach Airport later on Tuesday 19 July was Alliance Airlines Fokker 50 VH-FKX which touched down as UTY4422 from Birdsville. It appears that VH-FKX is on another regional Australian tour from Adelaide which has included a visit to the 'red centre' of Australia at Ayres Rock.
UPDATE! Alliance Airlines Fokker 50 VH-FKX departed Longreach Airport late on Wednesday 20 July for Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport as UTY4424. It seems to be following a similar path to its tour about a month ago!
Finally, Brisbane-based Cessna 414 VH-FCZ also visited Longreach Airport on Tuesday 19 July, calling in from Blackall and departing to Winton. It had arrived at Blackall from Archerfield via Emerald and Barcaldine Airports on Monday 18 July.
