Jet City (Melbourne) Learjet 45 Bizjet VH-LJQ Pops into Rockhampton Airport

Certainly a nice surprise arrival into Rockhampton Airport on Tuesday 1 November was Jet City (Melbourne) Learjet 45 bizjet VH-LJQ.

The sleek Learjet touched down directly from its Melbourne (Essendon) base.  After just over four hours on the ground at Rockhampton Airport, it departed back to Essendon.  VH-LJQ was heard to be completing a medical retrieval flight back South.

Meanwhile, Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ had a busy day of flying on Monday 31 October, flying from its Mackay Airport base to Rockhampton Airport and back before also flying south to Essendon.
