Australian Army Tiger ARH Helicopter Spotted at Longreach Airport

On Wednesday 21 June, an unidentified Australian Army Eurocopter (ARH) Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter was spotted (below) arriving at Longreach Airport.

At the time of writing, we are unaware of the serial number or callsign.

However, later on Wednesday 21 June, another Australian Army Tiger ARH helicopter - possibly the same one - was heard to make an emergency landing at Trepell (McKinlay) Airport - a private airfield operated by BHP Minerals Pty Ltd - located South East of Mount Isa - reportedly with gearbox problems.
