Photos of United States Army (US Army) Sikorsky HH-60M Blackhawk Helicopter 12-20517 at Rockhampton Airport

As we reported below, on Monday 3 July, United States Army (US Army) Sikorsky HH-60M Blackhawk helicopter 12-20517 called into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports on what appeared to be a medical evacuation training flight originating out of Townsville.

After we suspected that the Blackhawk departed Rocky later on Monday, it re-appeared at Rockhampton Airport on Tuesday 4 July before it departed back to Mackay and then Townsville Airports.

The Blackhawk was again heard to be using the radio callsign of "Dustoff 29".  Information suggests that 12-20517 is of the 25th Infantry Division Combat Aviation Brigade - 3rd Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment "Hammerhead".
