Machjet Cessna 525A Citation CJ2 Bizjet VH-ZIY Late Visit to Rockhampton Airport - Plus Piaggio P-180 M-ETAL Calls into Bundaberg Airport

Late on Thursday 21 February, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525A Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-ZIY was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport.  It appeared to fly up from its Sunshine Coast base.

After a short time on the ground, VH-ZIY then returned to the Sunshine Coast.

Meanwhile, on Friday 22 February, Isle of Man-registered Piaggio P-180 Avanti II M-ETAL was noted visiting Bundaberg Airport.  The light corporate twin-turboprop aircraft arrived from its Coffs Harbour base in New South Wales.

UPDATE!  On Saturday 23 February, M-ETAL departed Bundaberg Airport for Mildura in Victoria.  It then returned to Bundy before heading home to Coffs Harbour.
