It looked to arrive into Emerald Airport from Brisbane before heading across to Rocky. VH-ZLE then departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to its Brisbane base.
Meanwhile, photographed visiting Rockhampton Airport, later on Thursday 11 June, was state leader of Katter's Australian Party, Robbie Katter, in his recently registered Mooney M20J VH-TWV. He arrived from and later departed back to Mount Isa.
Of interest, VH-TWV was previous operated in Townsville and prior to that was based at Mackay Airport.
Also spotted visiting Rockhampton Airport, also on Thursday 11 June, was Raytheon A36 Bonanza VH-YGM which later departed back to its Orange base in New South Wales after arriving from there on Tuesday 9 June.
While privately operated Piper PA-31 Navajo VH-AYT arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Townsville via Mount Isa and Clermont Aerodrome also on Thursday 11 June.
Finally, also on Thursday 11 June, it appeared that Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) (Cobham SAR Services Pty Ltd) Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-XND "Rescue 660" completed a missed approach at Mackay Airport. It looked to fly from and back to its Cairns base.
