Mackellar Mining Equipment / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-MMC landed at Clermont Aerodrome from the Sunshine Coast. At the time of writing, it appeared to be staying for at least the night.
UPDATE! On Thursday 3 June, VH-MMC departed Clermont Aerodrome and returned to the Sunshine Coast.
Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 VH-LZK was noted also visiting Clermont Aerodrome. It arrived from Rockhampton Airport and then later flew up to the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site, both as HND310. VH-LZK then returned to Rockhampton Airport as HND311.
UPDATE! On Thursday 3 June, fellow Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-NDC flew into Clermont Aerodrome from Rockhampton Airport and Labona as HND350/1 before it then returned to Rocky as HND3511.
And on a busy day at my local Clermont Aerodrome, rounding off the day, also on Wednesday 2 June, Cessna 210 VH-KTE visited from its Gladstone Airport base, Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Hawker Beechcraft B200 King Air VH-FDA "FlyDoc401" arrived from Rockhampton Airport and departed to Mackay Airport, and Redcliffe-based Aircraft Australia P/L Cessna 172 VH-RPL remained parked after arriving on Sunday 30 May.
UPDATE! VH-KTE visited Clermont Aerodrome again from Gladstone Airport on Friday 4 June.
Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 2 June, another familiar corporate aircraft in the form of Australian Country Choice Properties (Brisbane) Cessna 560 Citation V Encore bizjet VH-ACC was noted back in the region. It looked to fly up from Brisbane to a property near Lotus Creek before it then continued to Mount Isa and Barkley Downs. VH-ACC then returned direct to Brisbane.
Ipswich-based Airborne P/L (Palm Lake Works) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-PLE made yet another visit to Bundaberg Airport. It looked to arrive from and depart back to the Gold Coast via Caloundra.
While Heli-Aust Whitsundays (Mackay) Eurocopter EC135 P2 helicopter VH-ZGZ flew into Gladstone Airport from the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. It had spent the last few days working down at Maitland in New South Wales after arriving there from Mackay, Gladstone and other Airports over Saturday 29 May and Sunday 30 May.
And Townsville-based Forster Helicopters Bell Helicopter Textron 407 helicopter VH-DMF was seen flying around Gladstone Airport on Friday 28 May.
