Very late on Sunday 10 October, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted visiting Charleville Airport. It looked to arrive from Brisbane.

Now, in the wee small hours of Monday 11 October, VH-URR "Ambulance 604" departed Charleville Airport for Toowoomba-Wellcamp before it then returned back to Brisbane.
