It looked to originally depart Adelaide and fly across to Forest and then Jandakot in Western Australia, before then heading to Archerfield via Alice Springs and Labona. VH-SHI had flown to Adleaide from Archerfield the previous day.
Meanwhile, also on Saturday 14 May, recently registered Wettenhall Air Service Textron B200GT King Air VH-YDQ arrived into Mackay Airport from its Deniliquin base in New South Wales.
UPDATE! On Sunday 15 May, VH-YDQ departed Mackay Airport and returned to Deniliquin.
And Tex Onsite (Tex Assets P/L) Aero Commander 500-U VH-TXE departed Rockhampton Airport for Townsville. It returned later in the day.
Finally, also on Saturday 14 May, a nice helicopter to ferry through the region (and close to home!) was Papua New Guinea (PNG) registered Eurocopter AS.350B3 Squirrel P2-ALM. The Squirrel helicopter appears to be registered to Airborne Logistics and looked to ferry South from Townsville to Bankstown via my local Clermont Aerodrome and Roma Airport. It had flown South from Port Moresby to Townsville the previous day.
And Heli-Aust Whitsundays (Mackay) Eurocopter EC135 P2 helicopter VH-ZGZ ferried up from Gladstone Airport towards Mackay Airport but seemed to stop at the Hay Point Coal Loading Terminal.
