Early on Monday 27 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted arriving into Gladstone Airport from Brisbane.

After a couple of hours on the ground, VH-URR "Ambulance 604" departed Gladstone Airport just after sunrise and returned to Brisbane.
