N142GZ had departed Mackay Airport for the Gold Coast on Saturday 18 June and seems to have been parked there since.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 27 June, Beech 58 Baron VH-JCJ flew up from Toowoomba to Roma, Emerald and Mackay Airports.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 29 June, VH-JCJ departed Mackay Airport and returned directly to Toowoomba.

While Gulf Aircraft Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-PYO looked to depart Hamilton Island Airport for Brisbane.  It arrived into Hamo from Brisbane on Thursday 23 June.

Armada Aviation (of Ringwood in Victoria) Pilatus PC-12/45 turboprop VH-XAQ arrived into Longreach Airport from Burketown.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-XAQ departed Longreach Airport for Bourke and Melbourne (Essendon).

And after operating in the Whitsundays for the last couple of week, Melbourne Helicopters Robinson R44 helicopter VH-XUN departed Hamilton Island Airport and the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for Mackay and Gladstone Airports.

UPDATES!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-XUN departed Gladstone Airport and continued further South.  It eventually arrived into Melbourne (Essendon) on Wednesday 29 June.

Finally, also on Monday 27 June, four civil and military rescue helicopters were all noted passing through some CQ Airports.

Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-EZJ was noted passing through Rockhampton Airport while ferrying from Townsville to Archerfield.

As the sun was setting, fellow QGAir Rescue Leonardo S.P.A. Helicopter (Agusta) AW139 helicopter VH-EGK arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield and seems to be staying for the night.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-EGK departed Rockhampton Airport for Townsville and then Cairns where it has commenced operations as "Rescue 510".

As we have mentioned previously, this is part of the 'rotational system' the service utilises to ensure the even distribution of flying hours on each of the QGAir Rescue helicopters. This system avoids the need to have multiple helicopters offline for simultaneous scheduled maintenance.

While usually Horn Island-based Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia Bell 412EP VH-PXY flew down from Cairns to Rockhampton Airport via Townsville and Mackay Airports.  It had flown down from Horn Island and Cairns the previous day.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-PXY departed Rockhampton Airport for Bundaberg and Toowoomba Airports before then flying into Coffs Harbour where it looks to be undergoing planned maintenance.

Of interest, fellow Babcock Bell 412 helicopters VH-ESD and VH-LSV are currently based at Horn Island and operate medical retrieval flights from there as "Rescue 700".

And Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Search and Rescue (CHC Helicopters Australia / Lloyd Helicopters) Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-SYJ as "Choppa 22" flew down from Darwin to RAAF Base Tindal, MacArthur River Mine, Mount Isa and then Longreach Airport where it appears to be staying for the night.

VH-SYJ "Choppa 22" has been in the Northern Territory (Darwin) in a support role for deployed RAAF fast jets that participated in Exercise Diamond Storm 22.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-SYJ "Choppa 22" departed Longreach Airport for Charleville Airport before it continued to Moree and RAAF Base Williamtown.
