Locally-based DeGunst Transport P/L Textron (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-NPZ Completes its Weekly Flight out of Bundaberg Airport to Nebo Aerodrome - Plus More!

On a quiet Tuesday 7 June, DeGunst Transport P/L Textron (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-NPZ departed Bundaberg Airport for Rockhampton and Mackay Airports before continuing to Nebo Aerodrome. It then returned to its Bundaberg Airport base.

This run up to Nebo Aerodrome seems to occur on a weekly basis with various stops in between.

VH-NPZ also completed a flight down to Archerfield and back to Bundaberg Airport late last week.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 7 June, RDO Equipment Co. (ex Vanderfield) Pilatus PC-12/47 VH-WPH was noted back in the region, this time visiting Bundaberg Airport from its Toowoomba base.

  1. It takes truck drivers to and from Nebo and it also acts a a pj for the owner. It also is used for charter. I have this info from talking to the pilot while he was landed at Nebo
