AirMed Australia Cessna 510 Citation Mustang Bizjet VH-NEQ as "AirMed 956" Pops into Gladstone Airport - Plus More!

On Sunday 8 January, AirMed Australia Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-NEQ as "AirMed 956" was noted visiting Gladstone Airport on what appeared to be a medical evacuation flight.

It looked to arrive from and then later depart back to Archerfield.

And McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY looked to visit Hamilton Island Airport once again, this time arriving from its Sunshine Coast base and then departing to Brisbane.  It then returned to the Sunny Coast.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 8 January, Cessna 208B Grand Caravan VH-RTC departed Rockhampton Airport for Red Rock Station near Comet - where it is based. It then continued down to Archerfield.  VH-RTC later returned to Red Rock and Rockhampton Airport.

Emerald Air Surveys P/L (Western Australia) Diamond DA42NG Twin Star VH-PXT departed the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for Archerfield.  It had arrived just before Christmas all the way over from its Western Australia base and looked to be operating aerial survey or scenic flights over the Whitsundays.

UPDATE!  On Monday 9 January, VH-PXT departed and Archerfield and returned to the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour!

While Cessna 210 VH-FGY flew into the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour from its Moree base.

Brisbane-based Avcair Cessna 425 Conquest 1 VH-BSM visited Barcaldine Airport from its Archerfield base.

And Emerald based Cessna 182 VH-JXM departed Emerald Airport for Redcliffe.  (A new one for me despite being re-registered in Emerald in 2017!)
