Bizjets Come and Go from the Whitsundays - VH-VDF Arrives at Proserpine Airport

Noted calling into the Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport on Sunday 17 January was Jetstream Aviation (Emprja P/L) Cessna 550 Citation II bizjet VH-VDF.

The bright and colourful Citation arrived from the Sunshine Coast.

Meanwhile, during the last few days a couple of visiting bizjets have departed Hamilton Island Airport with Business Aviation Solutions Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 VH- BLM departing for Cairns on Tuesday 12 January while Henadeck Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-YNE departed to Bankstown on Saturday 16 January.

Finally, I've noted that since the start of the year, Australia Skydive (Skydive the Beach Group) Cessna 208B Caravan VH-DZZ is operating parachute drop flights out of the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.  I presume that the usual operating aircraft - Skydive Airlie Beach (Skydive the Beach Group) Gippsland GA-8 Airvan VH-RTS - is undergoing maintenance.
