Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 10 February, Lloyd Aviation Jet Charter Dassault Falcon 900 bizjet VH-PPD was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport. It arrived from Sydney and later departed to the Gold Coast.
While Holypeak Pty Ltd Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet N360SL looked to arrive into Hamilton Island Airport but from Melbourne (Essendon).
Finally, some light visitors to the region also on Wednesday 10 February included the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK which arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville and later departed to Brisbane. During the afternoon it returned direct to Townsville then Cairns.
Of interest, it appears that VH-PSK returned to the prisoner flights through Central Queensland on Monday 8 February with it popping into Maryborough Airport during a busy day of flying.
Brisbane-based Hewitt Cattle Australia P/L SOCATA TBM 700 VH-PGA called back into Longreach Airport from Ambalindum and Alice Springs. It then departed for Moura but looked to turn back after around 30 minutes and landed back at Longreach Airport for the night.
UPDATE! On Thursday 11 February, VH-PGA was able to depart Longreach Airport for Moura Airport and Archerfield.
VH-PGA had flown to Ambalindum from Archerfield also via Longreach Airport on Sunday 7 February.
Down the road at Barcaldine Airport, Pilatus PC-12/45 VH-PID was noted arriving from its Toowoomba base.
UPDATE! On Thursday 11 February, VH-PID departed Barcy and returned to Toowoomba..
While Machjet (Machjet International) Beech B200 King Air VH-PUY looked to arrive into Charters Towers Aerodrome from the Sunshine Coast via Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.
UPDATE! On Thursday 11 February, VH-PUY returned to the Sunny Coast again via Hervey Bay Airport.
Link Airways / Vee H Aviation Cessna 441 VH-VEJ was noted visiting Emerald Airport and the Oaky Creek Mine Site on a flight from and back to Brisbane.
And Brescon (Toowoomba) Beech B200 VH-WXN was noted arriving into my local Clermont Aerodrome from Toowoomba-Wellcamp. It is due to return to Wellcamp early on Thursday 11 February.
