As well as being able to talk to their passionate and knowledgeable instructors about flight training, members of the public were invited to join in on one of Aircraft Australia's popular discovery flights. The local flights enabled future pilots to get a feel for what its really like to be in the industry!
Cessna 172s VH-JIP and VH-RDN, along with Beech 95-B55 VH-BKA were very busy during the day.
And as well as other local aviation operators and providers having displays, one other popular display on the day was the Bundaberg-based LifeFlight Bell 412EP VH-XCI "Rescue 522".
Aircraft Australia started out in Redcliffe in 2010 as a General and Recreational Aviation School and in this time they have trained thousands of students up to the highest standard of training and getting them ready for all real world scenarios.
Thanks to Aircraft Australia for allowing us the opportunity to come to Bundaberg Airport for a closer look at their operations and those of other aviation operators and providers at Bundaberg Airport!
Sincere thanks too to local plane spotter Peter S for taking the to capture and send through these great photos!
