Late on Saturday 9 July, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" was noted visiting Mackay Airport. It looked to arrive from Townsville.

Then, in the wee small hours of Sunday 10 July, VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" departed Mackay Airport and returned to Townsville.
