McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 Bizjet VH-SUY Pops into Mackay Airport - Plus More!

On Saturday 3 September, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY was photographed at Mackay Airport.

It looked to have earlier arrived from the Sunshine Coast before returning there after dark.

While MacKellar Mining Equipment Pty Ltd (Revesco Aviation) Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-MMC arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from the Sunshine Coast.

UPDATE!  On Monday 5 September, VH-MMC departed Hamo for Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Before dawn, Avcair (Avgunn) LearJet 60 bizjet VH-OLJ visited Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane.

And LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" was noted departing Townsville and calling into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports before continuing to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Saturday 3 September, Gold Coast-based Hawker Beechcraft B300 Super King Air VH-OXF landed at Gladstone Airport from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and a bit later departed to the North - possibly to Charters Towers Aerodrome. 

While Edwards Coaches Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-OXY landed at Bundaberg Airport from Armidale, Coffs Harbour and Archerfield before then departing to Gayndah Aerodrome and back to Archerfield. A bit later it flew up to Cairns. 

And a fly-in of sorts with New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory based Cessna 177RG VH-CRD, Amateur-Built VAN'S RV-7A VH-RBA, Cessna 172 VH-RFQ and Mooney M20Js VH-MKP and VH-URH all looking to arrive into Charleville Airport from the South.

Finally, also on Saturday 3 September, Pionair Australia British Aerospace BAe-146-200 VH-SAZ was noted departing Hamilton Island Airport for Broken Hill as 'SFZ706'.  It then continued down to Melbourne (Tullamarine) and Bankstown.  

VH-SAZ had arrived into Hamo from Cairns on Thursday 1 September on (as mentioned below) what appears to be the continuation of a closed tourist charter flight.
