What a Beauty! VistaJet Global Express Bizjet OE-LGX at Barcaldine and Hamilton Island Airports Saturday

What a beauty!  Making a very surprise and most welcome visit to Barcaldine Aerodrome late on Saturday 14 December was VistaJet Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express XRS bizjet OE-LGX.

OE-LGX touched down from Sydney, and much to my delight, one of the CQ Plane Spotting Blog's Facebook fans, Thomas K was on hand and captured this image of the lovely Global Express on the ground at Barcaldine.

Shortly before midnight, OE-LGX departed Barcaldine for Hamilton Island, where at the time of writing, it remains parked.  OE-LGX was heard to be using the radio callsign of "VistaJet 674".

VistaJet is a Swiss-based luxury aviation company for private jet charter and private jet ownership.

It's certainly a great thrill to have such a lovely movement through Central Queensland!
