Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan N271EX Back at Longreach Airport Heading North

On Tuesday 31 May, brand new Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan N271EX called into Longreach Airport from Archerfield and Kingaroy.  After taking on fuel, it departed to Orielton and Mount Isa.

On Wednesday 1 June, N271EX continued to Darwin where local plane spotter Sid M captured the great image as shown above.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 31 May, Dick Lang's Dessert-Air Safaris' Piper PA-31-350 VH-ODE was due to call into Longreach Airport from Birdsville.  VH-ODE - as its sistership Beech B200 VH-ODI - have both been noted making several visits to Longreach Airport while on Safari flights from their Adelaide base.
