Early on Friday 5 January, LifeFlight (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI "Ambulance 451" was noted flying into Gladstone Airport from Brisbane. After spending a considerable time on the ground, it continued to Rockhampton Airport during the early part of the afternoon. VH-VVI then departed Rocky for Brisbane on what looked to be a medical retrieval flight.
