Chinese Registered Learjet 36A Bizjet B-4184 Pops into Longreach Airport Heading to Sydney - Plus More!

On Thursday 11 August, Chinese-registered Learjet 36A bizjet B-4184 popped into Longreach Airport while completing a flight from Darwin to Sydney.  It is pictured at Darwin and at Longreach Airport, it appeared to take on fuel before then continuing to Sydney.

B-4184 had arrived into Darwin from Samuel "Sam" Ratulangi International Airport, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, late the previous day.

Of interest, it appears that B-4184 has previously operated for the Chinese Government / The People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF).

Meanwhile, other bizjets passing through the region, also on Thursday 11 August, included seemingly Australian-based but American-registered Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express bizjet N915JG which looked to arrive into Hamilton Island Airport from its Melbourne (Essendon) base.

MacKellar Mining Equipment Pty Ltd (Revesco Aviation) Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-MMC was noted visiting the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site.  It looked to arrive from and then later depart back to its Sunshine Coast base.

AAA Aircraft / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 550 Citation Bravo bizjet VH-CCJ flew into Maryborough Airport from the Sunshine Coast before returning there but via airwork at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.

Brenzil Dassault Aviation Falcon 7X bizjet VH-CRW visited Gladstone Airport from its Brisbane base.

Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ returned to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Brisbane before then hopping back down to Mackay Airport.  It had flown to up to Prosie and Brisbane on Monday 8 August.

And often visiting American-registered Eclipse EA500 bizjet N257AK departed the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for Archerfield.  It had arrived from there the previous day.
