McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 Bizjet VH-SUY Pops into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Monday 15 August, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport.  It looked to fly down from Cairns to Hamo before then continuing to the Sunshine Coast.

Of interest, it appears that VH-SUY flew from the Sunny Coast to Hamilton Island Airport and then North to Cairns on Friday 12 August.

While fellow Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-SIY looks to have departed Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport also for the Sunshine Coast.  It too looks have flown into Prosie also on Friday 12 August.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 15 August, re-registered Airlift New Zealand / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-ZEK departed Hamilton Island Airport to Brisbane.  It had arrived on Friday 12 August.

While Sydney-based Hawker Beechcraft G36 Bonanza VH-JKL departed Hamilton Island Airport for Mount Isa.  It too had arrived on Friday 12 August but from Archerfield.

And Avcair (Avgunn) LearJet 60 bizjet VH-OLJ popped into Mackay Airport, arriving from Brisbane and then departing to Townsville.  It then returned to Brisbane.

Finally, also on Monday 15 August, Townsville Airlines (Flightech Air Logistics) Beech B200 King Air VH-WZN visited Mackay Airport from Cairns.

Townsville Airlines Beech 1900D VH-RUE arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville before it then departed to Brisbane.  VH-RUE later returned directly to Townsville and then Cairns.
