Jetstar Airways Airbus A321-231 VH-VWU First Visit into CQ at Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport

On Saturday 15 November, Jetstar Airways Airbus A321-231 VH-VWU made what we believe is its first visit into Central Queensland at Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport. It operated as JST840/1 from and back to Sydney.

VH-VWU was delivered into Newcastle (Williamtown) from Hamburg in Germany in late June 2009 and after ferrying to Melbourne (Tullamarine), it entered service from there early in the next month.
