The chook was seen and heard to be arriving into Rocky over the city.
Some research on A15-151 suggests that this Chinook is a recent acquisition for the Australian Army - delivered to the 5th Aviation Regiment in Townsville in June 2012. Prior to this, A15-152 (c/n M.3297) flew with the United States Army Aviation Branch as 89-00143.
