Airlie Beach Skydivers Cessna 182s VH-COF and VH-RYZ Swap Over at Bowen Airport

A swap of Skydiving aircraft at Bowen Airport with the existing aircraft - Cessna 182 VH-COF - ferrying out to Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast via Rockhampton Airport on Wednesday 23 January.

It was replaced on Thursday 24 January by fellow Cessna 182 VH-RYZ which flew into Bowen Airport also via Rockhampton Airport from Caloundra.

As we have mentioned previously, the Cessna 182s - and other aircraft on prior occasions - operate for Airlie Beach Skydivers (WEBSITE HERE).  They have an office in Airlie Beach and bus thrill-seekers to Bowen to board their aircraft before jumping out over the beautiful Whitsundays including beach landings!
