It looked to arrive into Rockhampton Airport direct from Cairns having flown across from its Mareeba base the previous day.
At the time of writing, it appears that VH-MBU is staying at Rockhampton Airport for at least the night.
UPDATE! On Sunday 13 December, VH-MBU departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to Cairns.
Meanwhile, noted also visiting Rockhampton Airport, also on Friday 11 December, was the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK which arrived from Cairns and Townsville and later departed to Brisbane. During the afternoon it returned direct to Townsville then Cairns.
