Nice Pair of Bizjets - Cessna 525 Citation M2 VH-WMY & Bombardier Challenger 604 VH-VLZ - Both Pop into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Monday 14 December, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport during a busy day of flying.

VH-WMY looked to depart Melbourne (Moorabbin) for Melbourne (Essendon) and then Bathurst in New South Wales before flying up to Hamo. It then returned South to to Bathurst.

While also noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport, also on Monday 14 December, was Sunshine Air Services (of Victoria) Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-VLZ.  It touched down from its Melbourne (Essendon) base and, at the time of writing, appears to be staying for at least the night.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 17 December, VH-VLZ departed Hamilton Island Airport and looked to return to Essendon.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 14 December, a trio of Super King Air turboprop aircraft were noted at various Central Queensland Airports.

Austrek Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-WXO flew up from Bankstown and Canberra to land at Maryborough Airport.  After a couple of hours, VH-WXO then continued up to Rockhampton Airport where it appears to have stayed.

Sundown Pastoral Company (of Bonogin in the Gold Coast Hinterland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-NSI touched down at Bundaberg Airport after flying South from Cairns and Pinnarendi (YPNA).  It then departed to the Gold Coast.  VH-NSI had flown North from the Goldie to Cairns via Pinnarendi the previous day.

And SFC Farming Raytheon B200 King Air VH-TXT arrived into Bundaberg Airport from Mundine (YDNE) and appeared to stay.  It had arrived there from Archerfield the previous day.
