Exercise Talisman Sabre - Three Air Affairs (Australia) LearJet 35A & 36 Bizjets VH-SLD, VH-SLF & VH-SLJ All Depart Rockhampton Airport at the End of the Exercise

Also on Friday 4 August, three Air Affairs (Australia) LearJet 35A and LearJet 36 bizjets departed Rockhampton Airport for their home base at HMAS Albatross at Nowra as the joint Military Exercise Talisman Sabre 2023 (TS23) wraps up.

Leaving first was LearJet 36 VH-SLF as "Ajax 04", then LearJet 35A VH-SLD as "Ajax 14" and LearJet 36 VH-SLJ as "Ajax 01".

The three LearJets have flown various sorties out of and back to Rockhampton Airport into the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA) in support of the various jets involved with Exercise Talisman Sabre 2023.  They are pictured above on Wednesday 2 August returning to base with VH-SLF and VH-SLD as "Bosun 11/12" and VH-SLJ as "Blackjack 21".
