During the afternoon of Tuesday 16 October, word got around that a Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Lockeed C-130H Hercules had landed at Rockhampton Airport. The 'Herc' turned out to be '730' and was photographed by Rockhampton spotter 'IAD' soon after its arrival.
While he was there, 'IAD' also took a couple of photos of some of the RSAF helicopters that are still stationed alongside Rockhampton Airport's Runway 04/22 during Exercise Wallaby 2012. Pictured below is RSAF Eurocopter AS332M Super Puma helicopter '293'.
Also pictured below is RSAF Boeing AH-64D Apache helicopter '061' which wears a red crest on its tail.
Lastly, a quick shot from Canoona Road (near the Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service building and hangar facilities) of most of the RSAF Apache and Super Puma helicopters in their parking positions at Rockhampton Airport during Exercise Wallaby 2012.
