Callide Dawson Flying Group 'Open to the Public' Day at Biloela / Thangool Airport This Saturday

In an endeavour to provide information to ‘would be’ flyers and their families the Callide Dawson Flying Club (CDFG) is planning some ‘open to the public sessions’ at their clubhouse at the Biloela / Thangool Airport. These are intended to be very informal and are in keeping with their mission statement to foster recreational aviation and it’s various aspects.

The second Saturday morning of each month has been earmarked as a time that may suit most (always with weather permitting of course). With the clubhouse open and someone in attendance from 8.00 am until 12ish. There will be a breakfast for those who would be looking for a good meal.

The first morning is planned for this Saturday 11 April.

This project has been instigated and will be organised by CDFG member Keith Page who is keen to get this up and running. The committee and a few members had an informal  think tank discussion about this recently and we all agreed that it should happen.

All enquiries about the public sessions should be directed to Keith via email at dentist@westnet.com.au or by phoning Keith directly on 0408 912 303.
