A Nice Pair of Corporate Turboprops at Gladstone Airport on Tuesday - Plus a Bizjet to Come!

As we mentioned on our Facebook page, BPW Aviation of Scone, New South Wales, Cessna 441 VH-EQU called into Gladstone Airport during the afternoon on Tuesday 12 April.

It had a busy day of flying, starting the day in Townsville and making visits to Mackay and Rockhampton Airports before arriving and spending the night in the industrial city.

Another nice corporate turboprop to visit Gladstone Airport on Tuesday 12 April was Austrek Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-WXO.

The Toowoomba-based aircraft positioned across to Brisbane before flying up to Gladstone during the morning.  It returned South to Brisbane and then back to Toowoomba during the afternoon.

Finally, as this post is being written, Shell Oil Company (Shell Aviation) Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet VQ-BSN is due to arrive at Gladstone Airport very late on Tuesday 12 April.

The Falcon has been noted using the flight number and callsign 'SHE961', and is currently flying to Brisbane from Perth.  It is then expected to depart Brisbane and spend the night at Gladstone Airport.  It is interesting to note that VQ-BSN visited Gladstone in February this year - as shown above.
