Former Cairns-Based DHC-2 Beaver Float Plane VH-CXS Passes Through Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport

It is believed that on Sunday 7 August, De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Mk 1 Beaver Float Plane VH-CXS passed through Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.  It is believed that the former Cairns-based Float Plane was heading South to a new operator - shown as Blue Sky Airways in Sydney - following a recent sale.

VH-CXS was noted departing Hervey Bay to the Balina / Byron Gateway Airport in Northern New South Wales.
