Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 Jet VH-QQV Additional Closed Charter into Emerald Airport

Interesting to note that during the afternoon on Wednesday 15 August, Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 jet VH-QQV completed a closed charter flight into Emerald Airport from and back to Brisbane as UTY3384/3385.

Of interest, VH-QQV also operated the 'usual' closed Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flights into Emerald Airport from Brisbane via the Sunshine Coast that are also operated by Alliance Airlines late on Monday 13 August and early on Tuesday 14 August as UTY4078/4079.

Meanwhile, it appears the other 'usual' charter flights continue to operate into Emerald Airport over recent weeks with Regional Express (REX) SAAB 340B VH-ZRE operating as RXA9486/9487 from and back to Brisbane on earlier on Wednesday 15 August.

Fellow REX SAAB 340B VH-ZLG operated these flights over the last two weeks.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 22 August, REX SAAB 340B VH-ZRH operated the RXA9486/9487 FIFO charter flight from Brisbane to Emerald Airport and back.
