A Triple Treat of Beech Super King Airs on Charter to Clermont Aerodrome

I had a real treat on Tuesday 19 February as my local 'drome came alive with three Super King Air turboprop aircraft all arriving in quick succession while on a closed charter flight from Brisbane.

After earlier flying across from their Toowoomba base, Easternwell Group Beech B300 Super King Air VH-EWQ and Raytheon B200 King Air VH-EWG were joined by Brisbane-based Flight One (Services) Beech B200 King Air VH-FON in all flying into Clermont Aerodrome from Archerfield.







Passengers took a tour of local mine sites and all three Super King Airs departed back to Archerfield later in the evening, with VH-EWQ and VH-EWG then returning to Toowoomba.
