A Triple Treat of Cessna Citation Bizjets at CQ Airports over the Weekend - VH-WMY - VH-FNI - VH-SIY

Over the weekend - mostly (!) - there was a triple treat of Cessna Citation bizjets to call in and complete airwork at various Central Queensland Airports.

Late on Friday 15 February, the familiar sight of Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 VH-WMY was back at Hamilton Island Airport, arriving from and later departing back to its Melbourne (Moorabbin) base.

Then, during the morning on Saturday 16 February, Graham Aviation (Cairns) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang VH-FNI was noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport from its Mareeba base via Cairns.  A few hours later, it returned to Cairns before the positioning back to Mareeba.

And on Sunday 17 February, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-SIY was noted flying up from its Sunshine Coast base and completing airwork at Biloela / Thangool Airport and Gladstone Airport before returning home to the Sunny Coast.

Finally, not a Citation, but on Saturday 16 February, LifeFlight (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-CXJ "Ambulance 452" was noted visiting Mackay Airport.  It arrived from Townsville and later departed to Brisbane.  VH-CXJ then returned to Townsville.
