Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 Bizjet VH-WMY Calls into the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour - Plus More!

On Tuesday 19 September, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY was noted visiting the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour during a busy day of flying.

It looked to fly up from Melbourne (Moorabbin), Melbourne (Essendon), Waikerie and Broken Hill before then departing to the Sunshine Coast and back to Moorabbin.

And Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525A Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-ZIY as "Machflight 421" flew up to Hamilton Island from the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. It then hopped down to Mackay Airport and then back to the Sunshine Coast.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 19 September, Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue (State of Queensland) Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-ESZ flew down from Townsville to Archerfield via Emerald Airport.  It will no doubt be undergoing planned maintenance while at Archerfield. 

WDC Equipment and Contracting Raytheon 58 Baron VH-EZR flew from Archerfield and Chinchilla Aerodrome to Emerald Airport before continuing to Charters Towers Aerodrome and Kidston.  It then flew all the way back down to Archerfield.

And the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ landed at Bundaberg Airport from Brisbane and then departed to Townsville.
