Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air A32-439 was captured in the late afternoon sun at Rockhampton Airport on Monday 17 June by local plane spotter 'IAD'.
It made for a busy apron at Rockhampton Airport, with Gulfstream V VH-CCC parked on the Southern end of the apron, plus a QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 and Virgin Australia Regional Airlines ATR also parked.
A32-439 was believed to be the second RAAF Super King Air to pop into Rockhampton on Monday 17 June with A32-673 possibly calling in earlier in the day.
A little later on Monday 17 June RAAF Lockheed C-130J-30 Hercules A97-448 was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from the South. After a quick turnaround, A97-448 returned the South and was heard to be using the radio callsign "Trojan 24".
Things are starting to get busy at Rockhampton!
Thanks to 'IAD' for the great photos!
