It initially arrived at Mackay Airport (as pictured) from Melbourne (Moorabbin) and Melbourne (Essendon) Airports, before departing to Hamilton Island Airport a couple of hours later.
At the time of writing, it remains parked at Hamo.
Meanwhile, also at Mackay on Thursday 20 November, Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI called in from Brisbane, departing a short time later for Cairns. There was also a pair of King Airs to visit on Thursday in the form of the Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ and Nitro Drilling (Nitro Aviation) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-NDT.
Finally, during the previous week, Mackay Airport and Mackay Base Hospital saw a couple of visits from the Townsville-based Emergency Management Queensland (EMQ) (State of Queensland) Bell 412 helicopter VH-ESD which was noted using the radio callsign "Rescue 521".
