Virgin Australia Boeing B737-8MAX VH-8ID First Visit into CQ at Mackay Airport

On Tuesday 15 July, Virgin Australia Boeing B737-8MAX VH-8ID was noted making its first visit into Central Queensland at Mackay Airport. It operated as VOZ601/4 from and back to Brisbane.

VH-8ID was delivered into Brisbane from the USA on in late March 2024 before entering service at the end of that month.  The aircraft was named 'St Kilda Beach' and is the 4th B737-8MAX delivered to Virgin Australia.
