Capital Jet Charter (Canberra) Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 Bizjet VH-TCS Calls into Roma Airport - Plus More! - UPDATED!!

On Wednesday 29 June and again on Thursday 30 June, new Capital Jet Charter (Canberra) Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 bizjet VH-TCS was noted visiting Roma Airport.  On Wednesday it looked to arrive from Canberra and Orange and then depart to Moruya and Mount Gambier.  On Thursday it returned to Roma Airport from Mount Gambier before departing back to Orange and Canberra.


Of interest, VH-TCS looked to arrive into Australia from the USA via Townsville in the middle of May.

Fellow Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-SIY of Machjet (Machjet International) visited Hamilton Island Airport from its Sunshine Coast base.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 29 June, Townsville Airlines Beech 1900D VH-JYA was noted arriving into Longreach Airport from Cairns and Julia Creek.  It then departed to Brisbane.

Kirkhope Aviation (Victoria) Cessna 208B Grand Caravan VH-PRK was noted departing Longreach Airport for Injune.  It seems to be on a closed tourist charter flight out of Melbourne (Moorabbin).

Gulf Aircraft Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-PYO also visited Longreach Airport, arriving from the North-West and then looking to depart to Brisbane.

While Moorabbin Aviation Services (Victoria) Raytheon B200 King Air VH-VTQ flew into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Melbourne (Essendon) and Narrabri.  It had skipped across from Melbourne (Moorabbin) late the previous day.

And RDO Equipment (ex Vanderfield) Cessna 210N VH-JSC visited Emerald Airport from Toowoomba.  

UPDATE!  It looked like VH-JSC also visited Emerald Airport again from Toowoomba on Thursday 30 June.

A Pair of LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair Challenger 604 Bizjets VH-OFC and VH-OFC Both Call into CQ Airports at Opposite Ends of the Day

Before dawn on Thursday 30 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" called into Emerald Airport from Brisbane.  After a couple of hours on the ground, it then returned to the capital.

While during the afternoon, fellow LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from Townsville and Cairns.  It has now departed to Brisbane and is later due to return to Cairns and Townsville.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air A32-671 "Envoy 02" Calls into Longreach Airport Again

On Wednesday 29 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air twin-turboprop A32-671 was back in the region yet again, this time as "Envoy 02" and looking to again call into Longreach Airport.

It arrived from RAAF Base East Sale and then departed to Cairns.

A32-671 has completed similar flights to Far North Queensland over the last few days, passing through Longreach Airport and also Roma Airport using the "Beaufort" radio callsign - see Blog posts below!

UPDATE!  On Friday 1 July, A32-671 but as "Envoy 10" returned South from Cairns to East Sale but this time flying via Charleville Airport.

Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEJ Spotted at Clermont Aerodrome - Plus More!

On Wednesday 29 June, I was lucky enough to spot Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEJ still parked at my local Clermont Aerodrome.  As mentioned below, it had arrived from Brisbane and Rolleston Aerodrome the previous day.


Later on Wednesday, VH-VEJ departed Clermont Aerodrome for the Oaky Creek Coal Mine site.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 30 June, VH-VEJ departed Oaky Creek for Emerald Airport before then flying to Mackay and Collinsville Airports and then the Newlands Coal Mine site.  It looked to be scheduled to fly back to Brisbane on Friday 1 July.

Fellow Link Airways Metro 23 VH-VET looked to visit Longreach and Boulia Airports from Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 29 June, Property Maintenance Australia P/L Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-WJA arrived into Rockhampton Airport from its Dubbo base.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 30 June, VH-WJA departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to Dubbo.

Fellow Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-MDH of M. D. H. P/L (Cloncurry) was noted flying across from Devoncourt Station to Kierawonga and back.

Auscott P/L Beechcraft B200GT King Air VH-NMW landed at Truganinnie from Toowoomba and Archerfield before it then returned directly to Toowoomba. 

While locally-based Piper PA-24-250 VH-CDA departed to Hedlow Airfield, North of Rockhampton, for Winton.  It is due to continue to Alice Springs the next day.

Alabar Aviation (Victoria) Cessna R182 VH-DMB flew up to the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour from Moree.  It flew into there from its Echuca base the previous day.

Heliflite (Sydney) Bell Helicopter Textron B206 VH-BAM flew up Redcliffe to Gladstone, Mackay and then Townsville Airports.

And Torres Strait Air Pilatus Britten-Norman BN2A-21 Islander VH-WZD was noted passing through Biloela / Thangool Airport while heading South for planned maintenance.  It looked to fly down from Horn Island, Coen, Mareeba and Charters Towers Airports and then depart to Watts Bridge.

Finally, also on Wednesday 29 June, Southern Airlines Beech 1900 VH-VSO was noted once again completing a visit to Emerald Airport.  After arriving from Melbourne (Moorabbin), West Sale and Bourke the previous day, VH-VSO departed Emerald Airport for Dubbo, West Sale and Moorabbin.

And Bowenville (near Toowoomba) based Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ called into Rockhampton Airport, arriving from Archerfield and then departing back there via Dalby.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Alenia C-27J Spartan Transport Aircraft A34-006 "Kaos 74" Completes Airwork at Taroom and Roma Airports

On Wednesday 29 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Alenia C-27J Spartan transport aircraft A34-006 looked to complete airwork, including missed approaches, at both Taroom and then Roma Airports.

It was flying as "Kaos 74" and looked to originally depart from RAAF Base Amberley before eventually ending up in the Taroom area.  It was then seen completing airwork at Roma Airport before then returning to Amberley.

Overnighting Rescue Helicopters - QGAir VH-EGK & Babcock VH-PXY - Both Spotted at Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Tuesday 28 June, the two visiting rescue helicopters that arrived into Rockhampton Airport the previous day, were both photographed as they rested in the cool morning air.


Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue Leonardo S.P.A. Helicopter (Agusta) AW139 helicopter VH-EGK arrived late Monday from Archerfield, and later on Tuesday, it departed Rockhampton Airport for Townsville and then Cairns where it has commenced operations as "Rescue 510".


And Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia Bell 412EP VH-PXY flew down from Cairns to Rockhampton Airport via Townsville and Mackay Airports on Monday, and later on Tuesday, it departed Rockhampton Airport for Bundaberg and Toowoomba Airports before then flying into Coffs Harbour where it looks to be undergoing planned maintenance.


While another nice helicopter to be noted passing through the region, also on Tuesday 28 June, was South-East Helicopters / Trecked Pty Ltd (New South Wales) Kawasaki BK117 B-2 VH-FHD.  It originally departed Bankstown and called into Cessnock, Tamworth, Moree, Roma, Emerald and Mackay Airports.

UPDATES!  On Wednesday 29 June, VH-FHD departed Mackay Airport and finished the day at Cairns.  On Friday 1 July, VH-FHD looked to arrive at its ultimate destination of Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Meanwhile, a couple of corporate bizjets also noted around the region, also on Tuesday 28 June, included Execujet Australia Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-VSZ which visited Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Sydney.

While McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY called back into Hamilton Island Airport from Cairns.  It then departed to its Sunshine Coast base. It had flown North to Cairns via Hamo on Sunday 26 June.

Finally, also on Tuesday 28 June, Gulf Aircraft Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-PYO arrived into Longreach Airport from Toowoomba.  It then looked to continue to the North-West.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 30 June, VH-PYO returned to Longreach Airport before departing to Brisbane.

Brisbane-based Australian Agricultural Company Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAC also flew into Longreach Airport but from Archerfield.  It then departed to Avalon Downs.  Later, VH-AAC returned to Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 29 June, VH-AAC looked to again fly from Archerfield to Longreach Airport and Avalon Downs.

DeGunst Transport P/L Textron (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-NPZ made its weekly flight from Bundaberg to Nebo Aerodrome and back - but via Rockhampton and Gladstone Airports.

While Aero Logistics Cessna 404 VH-AZU has been noted again completing an aerial survey flight out of Emerald Airport.

Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEJ landed at Rolleston Aerodrome from Brisbane before it then flew up to my local Clermont Aerodrome where it looked to be staying for the night.

UPDATE!  VH-VEJ remained in the region, flying between some Central Queensland Coal Mine sites and Emerald Airport up until Friday 1 July.

And Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFQ completed a flight out of and back to Rockhampton Airport down to Gladstone as HND480.

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" Pops into Longreach Airport

On Tuesday 28 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" was noted visiting Longreach Airport. It looked to arrive from Brisbane.

After around four hours on the ground, VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" departed Longreach Airport for Townsville.  It is due to later return to Brisbane.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-210 "Stallion 36" Spotted Completing a Missed Approach at Rockhampton Airport

On Tuesday 28 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-210 was spotted completing a missed approach at Rockhampton Airport.


The Globemaster flew up from RAAF Base Amberley and later returned there after completing airwork at Rocky.

A41-210 was heard to be flying as "Stallion 36".

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air A32-671 "Beaufort 14" Calls into Longreach Airport

On Monday 27 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air twin-turboprop A32-671 was back in the region, this time as "Beaufort 14" and looking to call into Longreach Airport.

It arrived from RAAF Base East Sale and then departed to Horn Island.

A32-671 completed a similar set of flights over the weekend but passing through Roma Airport and as "Beaufort 13" - see Blog post below!

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, A32-671, again as "Beaufort 14", called into RAAF Base Amberley from Horn Island before it then departed back to East Sale.

Local Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 Bizjet N142GZ Arrives Back into Mackay Airport - Plus A Few Rescue Helicopters Transit Through CQ!

On Monday 27 June, the locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ was back in the air, noted arriving back into Mackay Airport from the Gold Coast.

N142GZ had departed Mackay Airport for the Gold Coast on Saturday 18 June and seems to have been parked there since.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 27 June, Beech 58 Baron VH-JCJ flew up from Toowoomba to Roma, Emerald and Mackay Airports.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 29 June, VH-JCJ departed Mackay Airport and returned directly to Toowoomba. 
 
While Gulf Aircraft Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-PYO looked to depart Hamilton Island Airport for Brisbane.  It arrived into Hamo from Brisbane on Thursday 23 June.

Armada Aviation (of Ringwood in Victoria) Pilatus PC-12/45 turboprop VH-XAQ arrived into Longreach Airport from Burketown.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-XAQ departed Longreach Airport for Bourke and Melbourne (Essendon).

And after operating in the Whitsundays for the last couple of week, Melbourne Helicopters Robinson R44 helicopter VH-XUN departed Hamilton Island Airport and the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for Mackay and Gladstone Airports.

UPDATES!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-XUN departed Gladstone Airport and continued further South.  It eventually arrived into Melbourne (Essendon) on Wednesday 29 June.

Finally, also on Monday 27 June, four civil and military rescue helicopters were all noted passing through some CQ Airports.

Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-EZJ was noted passing through Rockhampton Airport while ferrying from Townsville to Archerfield.

As the sun was setting, fellow QGAir Rescue Leonardo S.P.A. Helicopter (Agusta) AW139 helicopter VH-EGK arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield and seems to be staying for the night.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-EGK departed Rockhampton Airport for Townsville and then Cairns where it has commenced operations as "Rescue 510".

As we have mentioned previously, this is part of the 'rotational system' the service utilises to ensure the even distribution of flying hours on each of the QGAir Rescue helicopters. This system avoids the need to have multiple helicopters offline for simultaneous scheduled maintenance.

While usually Horn Island-based Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia Bell 412EP VH-PXY flew down from Cairns to Rockhampton Airport via Townsville and Mackay Airports.  It had flown down from Horn Island and Cairns the previous day.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-PXY departed Rockhampton Airport for Bundaberg and Toowoomba Airports before then flying into Coffs Harbour where it looks to be undergoing planned maintenance.

Of interest, fellow Babcock Bell 412 helicopters VH-ESD and VH-LSV are currently based at Horn Island and operate medical retrieval flights from there as "Rescue 700".

And Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Search and Rescue (CHC Helicopters Australia / Lloyd Helicopters) Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-SYJ as "Choppa 22" flew down from Darwin to RAAF Base Tindal, MacArthur River Mine, Mount Isa and then Longreach Airport where it appears to be staying for the night.

VH-SYJ "Choppa 22" has been in the Northern Territory (Darwin) in a support role for deployed RAAF fast jets that participated in Exercise Diamond Storm 22.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-SYJ "Choppa 22" departed Longreach Airport for Charleville Airport before it continued to Moree and RAAF Base Williamtown.

New Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Grand Caravan VH-JES Calls into The Labona Station Airstrip at The Carmichael Mine

On Monday 27 June, new Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Grand Caravan VH-JES was noted making what appears to be its first visit into the region, operating a Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight from Townsville into the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site and back to Townsville.

It operated as HND210/211.

Of interest, VH-JES was delivered to Hinterland Aviation in February this year with the Grand Caravan ferrying over from South Africa as ZS-TJR.

Hinterland Aviation continues to operate closed FIFO  charter flights in and out of Labona from both Townsville and Rockhampton Airports. It appears that fellow Cessna 208 Caravans VH-TFQ and VH-TFS are currently operating flights out of and back to Rockhampton Airport.

Brand New Australian Country Choice Properties (Brisbane) Textron (Cessna) 680A Citation Latitude Bizjet VH-ACC First Visit into CQ at Roma Airport

On Monday 27 June, a real beauty to make its first visit into Central Queensland - but very much in the South though - was brand new Australian Country Choice Properties / Aero Corporate Charters P/L (Brisbane) Textron (Cessna) 680A Citation Latitude bizjet VH-ACC.  It looked to arrive into Roma Airport from Brisbane.


At the time of writing, it appears that the very hard to track VH-ACC is staying at Roma Airport for at least the night.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-ACC departed Roma Airport and returned to Brisbane.

Of interest, the brand new Citation Latitude was only registered at the start of June and was delivered to Australia via Cairns late last week - as pictured above.

The 'old' Cessna 560 Citation V Encore bizjet VH-ACC was re-registered as VH-XLS at the start of September 2021.  The final visit to CQ by VH-ACC was at the end of August  2021.  

It looks like that VH-XLS only completed only one visit to CQ - ironically, also to Roma Airport in November 2021.

VH-XLS was subsequently cancelled from the Australian Aircraft Register at the end of November and placed on the USA Aircraft Register as N24DP.  It eventually departed Brisbane for Tokyo (Narita) on Wednesday 23 February 2022, with it then ending up at Scottsdale, Arizona.

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" Pops into Gladstone Airport

Early on Monday 27 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted arriving into Gladstone Airport from Brisbane.

Falcon Air (NSW) Cirrus Design Corp. SF50 Vision Jet VH-LCR (ex N755DS) Pops into Emerald Airport - Plus More!

On Sunday 26 June, Falcon Air (NSW) Cirrus Design Corp. SF50 Vision Jet VH-LCR (ex N755DS) was noted passing through Emerald Airport.

It arrived from Bankstown and Newcastle (Williamtown) (pictured) and later departed to Weipa.

UPDATE!  On Monday 27 June, VH-LCR flew back South from Weipa into Longreach Airport before then departing to Tamworth and Bankstown.

The Vision Jet was re-registered from N755DS at the end of May and this is its first visit into the region with its new Australian registration marking.

Meanwhile, a couple of other bizjets noted around the region, also on Sunday 26 June, included Gulf Coast Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-KXM which arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Tamworth and later departed to Vanrook Station near Normanton.

Air Gold Coast Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-CDG arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from the Gold Coast.

And McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY also called into Hamilton Island Airport but from its Sunshine Coast base.  It later departed up to Cairns.

Finally, several lighties around the region, also on Sunday 26 June, included Kirkhope Aviation (of Melbourne) Beech B200 King Air VH-ZOK which arrived into Longreach Airport from Cooktown and Laura.  It seems to be on another closed tourist charter and flew to Far-North Queensland around a week ago.

UPDATES!  On Tuesday 28 June, VH-ZOK departed Longreach Airport for Injune Aerodrome.  On Thursday 30 June, VH-ZOK returned to Melbourne (Moorabbin) from Cunnamulla at the end of its journey.

Aircair Aviation (Aircair Helicopters) Cessna 340A VH-MPQ called into Emerald Airport from Moree before it later departed to Pinnarendi. 

UPDATE!  On Monday 27 June, VH-MPQ returned South from Pinnarendi and Atherton to Emerald Airport before returning to Moree (Beela).

Rockwell International 112 VH-PJO departed Emerald Airport for Toowoomba before then flying into Rockhampton Airport.  It had arrived into Emerald Airport from Toowoomba the previous day.

Cessna 208 Caravan VH-DZZ, which is operated by the Skydive the Beach Group, flew out of the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for the Shellharbour at Wollongong.  Fellow Cessna 208 Caravan VH-DZQ earlier flew down from Cairns and seems to have taking up skydiving operations at the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.

And ACT-based Robinson R44 helicopter VH-PNY arrived into Rockhampton Airport from the South-East.

In the wee small hours of Sunday 26 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted arriving into Longreach Airport from Brisbane.

Air Link (Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang Bizjet VH-SEQ Calls into Hamilton Island Airport Again! - Plus More!

On Saturday 25 June, recently delivered Cirrus Australia (Air Link - Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-SEQ was noted calling into Hamilton Island Airport.  It touched down from Archerfield.

After a short time on the ground, VH-SEQ departed Hamo for the Gold Coast and then Sydney.

Meanwhile, also on Saturday 25 June, Jampair P/L (Navair Flight Operations) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E bizjet VH-NSQ was also noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport.  It arrived from Bankstown, the Shellharbour Airport at Wollongong and the Gold Coast.  It later returned to Bankstown.

Finally, also on Saturday 25 June, Darwin-based Cessna 310R VH-DAI popped into Longreach Airport from the Gold Coast before later departing to Mount Isa.

While Beech 95-B55 VH-MYM also arrived into Longreach Airport but from its Gayndah Aerodrome base.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 26 June, VH-MYM departed Longreach Airport for Kamileroi.

UPDATE!  On Monday 27 June, VH-MYM returned to Longreach Airport and then Gayndah Aerodrome.

And Neotech (North Mackay) Piper PA-28R-180 VH-ASU was noted arriving into my local Clermont Aerodrome from the South before it then continued to Mackay Airport.

Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) - South-Eastern Section - Textron B300C Super King Air VH-MQK "FlyDoc 286" Spotted at Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 24 June, the visiting Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) - South-Eastern Section - Textron B300C Super King Air VH-MQK was photographed as it rested quietly after spending the night parked at Rockhampton Airport.  As mentioned below, VH-MQK as "FlyDoc 286" touched down from Melbourne (Essendon), West Sale and Lismore the previous day.



Later on Friday, VH-MQK "FlyDoc 286" departed Rockhampton Airport for Essendon.

Also spotted at Rockhampton Airport early on Friday 24 June was Brisbane-based Avcair Cessna 425 Conquest 1 VH-BSM.  It arrived from Archerfield and later departed to Palm Island.


VH-BSM later flew down to Mackay Airport before returning to Archerfield.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 24 June, Seair Pacific / Istlecote Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TQW visited the Wanella Station Airstrip near Coppabella, arriving from and later departing back to Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.

Fellow Seair Pacific / Istlecote Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-TQI flew across from Longreach Airport to Rockhampton Airport and then down to Lady Elliot Island.  It had flown into Longreach Airport from the Gold Coast via Charleville and Birdsville Airport earlier in the week on what appears to be another closed tourist charter flight.

While the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) Cessna 208 Caravan VH-PSY arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville before later departing back directly to Cairns.

Re-registered Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-UJM of Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Archerfield.  It then flew down to a property near Rolleston.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 26 June, VH-UJM returned to Archerfield.

And Beech A36 Bonanza VH-PGI arrived into Rockhampton Airport from its Port MacQuarie base.

UPDATE!  On Saturday 25 June, VH-PGI departed Rockhampton Airport for Townsville.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) B737 / E-7A Wedgetail A30-004 "Mitchel 03" Completes a Missed Approach at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport

On Friday 24 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-004 was noted completing a missed approach at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.

It looked to fly up from RAAF Base Williamtown and then later return there via a missed approach at Canberra.

Of interest, A30-004 was heard to be flying as "Mitchell 03".

Air Charter Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 Bizjet VH-VKX Spotted at Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Thursday 23 June, Air Charter Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-VKX was spotted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from Townsville.




After some time on the ground, VH-VKX departed Rockhampton Airport for Brisbane.

Also visiting Rockhampton Airport, also on Thursday 23 June, was Bowenville (near Toowoomba) based Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ.  It arrived from and then later departed back to Archerfield via Dalby.

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 23 June, Altitude Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-ISS flew down from Newcastle Waters and Mount Isa to Isis Downs before then flying down to Longreach Airport.  At the time of writing, VH-ISS was due to head to Isisford and Archerfield on Friday 24 June.

While RDO Equipment Co. (ex Vanderfield) Pilatus PC-12/47 VH-WPH flew into Biloela / Thangool and then Emerald Airports from Toowoomba.  It is due to return to Toowoomba on Friday 24 June.

FKG Air (Redjet Aviation) Hawker Beechcraft B200GT VH-FKB was noted departing Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport for Consuelo, Archerfield and Toowoomba.  It had arrived from those places the previous day.

And Gulf Aircraft Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-PYO looked to arrive into Hamilton Island Airport from Brisbane.

UPDATE!  On Monday 27 June, VH-PYO flew back to Brisbane from Hamo.

Finally, back at Rockhampton Airport, also on Thursday 23 June, Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) - South-Eastern Section - Textron B300C Super King Air VH-MQK touched down from Melbourne (Essendon), West Sale and Lismore as "FlyDoc 286".  It is due to depart back to Essendon early on Friday 24 June.

And Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-LZK was noted swapping out with fellow Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFQ at the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site while flying between there and Rockhampton Airport.  VH-TFQ joins VH-TFS now flying out of Rockhampton Airport.

Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 Jet VH-KBX Calls into Hamilton Island Airport on Closed Charter

Making a rare visit to Central Queensland on Thursday 23 June was Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 jet VH-KBX. It was noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport on a closed charter flight as UTY598 from Brisbane.

After spending the day parked, VH-KBX departed Hamilton Island Airport and returned to Brisbane but as UTY599.

As we've mentioned previously, the Fokker F-70 jet VH-KBX previously flew with the Royal Netherlands Air Force / Government of the Netherlands as a VIP transport aircraft and carried the Dutch registration marking of PH-KBX. It arrived into Brisbane in August 2017 and entered the Australian Aircraft Register as VH-KBX soon after. VH-KBX looked to finally enter service in May 2019.

Sleek Brisbane-based Crockett Aviation Group (ex FIFO Jet) Beech B200 King Air VH-FAQ Calls into Emerald Airport - Plus More!

On Wednesday 22 June,  Brisbane-based Crockett Aviation Group (ex FIFO Jet P/L) Beech B200 King Air VH-FAQ was noted arriving into Emerald Airport from Archerfield.

At the time of writing, it appears that VH-FAQ is spending at least the night parked at Emerald Airport.

UPDATE!  On Saturday 25 June, VH-FAQ finally departed Emerald Airport and returned to Archerfield.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 22 June, Brisbane-based Avcair Cessna 425 Conquest 1 VH-BSM was back in the region, flying up from Archerfield and Saint George to Middlemount Aerodrome.  It then flew down to Emerald Airport before returning to Middlemount Aerodrome where is staying for the night.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 23 June, VH-BSM departed Middlemount Aerodrome for Rockhampton Airport before it then returned to Saint George and Archerfield.

Finally, also on Wednesday 22 June, Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) SAAB 340B VH-VEO was noted visiting Mackay Airport from Brisbane.

While Link Airways Metro 23 VH-VET flew out of Brisbane to Longreach and Boulia Airports before returning to the capital.

And Link Airways Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEJ landed at Emerald Airport from Brisbane before then flying to Oaky Creek Mine Site, Roma Airport and then Mudgee.

Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-24 Jet VH-VTF Calls into Moura Airport - Plus More!

On Tuesday 21 June, Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-24 jet VH-VTF spent the day on the ground at Moura Airport.  It looked to arrive from and then later depart back to its Archerfield base.

While recently delivered Cirrus Australia (Air Link - Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-SEQ was noted calling into Hamilton Island Airport once again.  On this occasion, it touched down from Archerfield and the Gold Coast before returning directly to Archerfield.

Avcair (Avgunn) LearJet 60 bizjet VH-OLJ looked to call into Rockhampton Airport - twice - both times arriving from and later departing back to Brisbane.

And Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-SIY visited Bundaberg Airport, arriving from the Sunshine Coast and then returning there but via Brisbane. 

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 21 June, Beech 95-B55 VH-MYM arrived into Rockhampton Airport from its Gayndah Aerodrome base before continuing to Barmount.  During the afternoon, it returned to Rockhampton Airport seemingly from Lotus Creek. 

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 22 June, VH-MYM departed Rockhampton Airport for Mackay Airport before it later returned to Rockhampton and then Gayndah Airports.

Brescon (Toowoomba) Beech B200 King Air VH-WXN visited the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site from its Toowoomba-Wellcamp base.

Austrek Aviation Beech B200 Super King Air VH-ZGD visited Gladstone Airport from Toowoomba and Archerfield.

And Southern Airlines Beech 1900 VH-VSO was noted once again arriving into Emerald Airport from Melbourne (Moorabbin), West Sale and Bourke.  This seems to be becoming a weekly occurrence for VH-VSO to visit Emerald Airport.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 22 June, VH-VSO departed Emerald Airport for Dubbo, West Sale and Moorabbin.

Finally, also on Tuesday 21 June, Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFS is returning to Rockhampton Airport from Cairns again as HND480 after flying up there over the weekend.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-209 Completes Missed Approach at Bundaberg Airport

On Tuesday 21 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-209 was noted completing a missed approach at Bundaberg Airport.  It was heard to be flying as "Stallion 75".

It originally departed RAAF Base Amberley and completed air-to-air refuelling operations with RAAF Airbus A330-200 / KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) A39-001 "Dragon 61".

The C-17 then flew up to Bundaberg Airport and completed a missed approach before flying back South to Amberley.

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" Early Morning Visit to Some CQ Airports

In the wee small hours of Tuesday 21 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" was noted visiting some Central Queensland Airports during a busy early morning of flying.

It originally departed Townsville for Emerald Airport before it then flew across to Rockhampton Airport.  

After around an hour on the ground, VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" departed Rockhampton Airport for Moranbah Airport before it then flew across to Mackay Airport.  It then returned to Townsville.

Jampair P/L (Navair Flight Operations) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E Bizjet VH-NSQ Pops into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Monday 20 June, Jampair P/L (Navair Flight Operations) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E bizjet VH-NSQ was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport.  It arrived from Bankstown and the Gold Coast before later departing back direct to Bankstown.


And after arriving the previous day, Baron Capital Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-TFW departed Hamilton Island Airport for Inverell and Armidale.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 20 June, the visiting A C Airways (of Albury in New South Wales) Piper PA-31 Navajo B VH-KMW departed Rockhampton Airport to complete survey work in the local area before then flying to the Sunshine Coast.  It had arrived in the area over the weekend.

While Tex Onsite (Tex Assets P/L) Aero Commander 500-U VH-TXE departed Rockhampton Airport for Townsville.

Flylink Aviation College Diamond DA 40 VH-EUU flew back down from the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.  It had flown North last week.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 21 June, VH-EUU departed Gladstone Airport for Archerfield.

Jetstar Airways Airbus A320 VH-VQM in Buzz Lightyear Disney Movie Colour Scheme Calls into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport

Making a stunning debut into Central Queensland on Monday 20 June was Jetstar Airways Airbus A320 VH-VQM which emerged from the hangar less than a week ago adorned in stickers promoting the new Disney Pixar movie 'Lightyear' - the story of legendary space ranger Buzz Lightyear.



VH-VQM was noted operating the scheduled JST840/1 service to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from and back to Sydney.

Of interest, VH-VQM emerged from the maintenance hangar at Melbourne (Tullamarine) and re-entered service last Thursday 16 June when it flew to Townsville and back - as shown above.

Lightyear is a 2022 American computer-animated science fiction action-adventure film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.  The film is a spin-off of the Toy Story film series, serving as an origin story for the character Buzz Lightyear.

Recently Delivered Air Link (Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang Bizjet VH-SEQ Calls into Hamilton Island Airport Again! - Plus More!

On Sunday 19 June, recently delivered Cirrus Australia (Air Link - Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-SEQ was noted calling into Hamilton Island Airport.  It touched down from Archerfield.

Other bizjets noted visiting Central Queensland, also on Sunday 19 June, included Baron Capital Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-TFW which arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from Armidale.

UPDATE!  On Monday 20 June, VH-TFW departed Hamilton Island Airport for Inverall and Armidale.

And both Avcair (Avgunn) LearJet 60 bizjets VH-ILJ and VH-OLJ.

VH-ILJ had a busy early morning, visiting Barcaldine, Rockhampton, Longreach and then Bundaberg Airports before then returning Brisbane.  While VH-OLJ visited Rockhampton Airport - twice - both times from Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 19 June, Leppington Pastoral Co. P/L Textron B300 Super King Air VH-JET visited Bundaberg Airport from Camden.

MT Air Charters / Pilatus Australia Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-JMU arrived into Mackay Airport from Brunette Downs.  It had earlier flown from there to RAAF Base Tindal (Katherine) and Darwin.

UPDATE!  On Monday 20 June, VH-JMU departed Mackay Airport for the Gold Coast.

Aerometrex Vulcanair (Partenavia) P.68C VH-CFE departed Gladstone Airport for aerial survey work before it later landed at Mackay Airport.

And Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFS departed Rockhampton Airport for Cairns as 'HND 480'.

Finally, also on Sunday 19 June, Sunshine Coast-based Rockwell International 114 VH-KSW flew up from Caboolture and Biloela / Thangool Airports to my local Clermont Aerodrome.  It later departed to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" Pops into CQ Airports

On Sunday 19 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" was noted visiting some Central Queensland Airport while on a busy day of flying.

It originally departed Townsville and called into Mackay Airport before then continuing flying South to Brisbane.  VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" then flew into Bundaberg Airport before it then departed to Cairns and then back to Townsville.

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" Pops into Emerald Airport

Late on Saturday 18 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted arriving into Emerald Airport from Brisbane.

Falconair (NSW) Dassault 900 Falcon Mystere Bizjet VH-CAD Finally Departs Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Saturday 18 June, the visiting Falconair (NSW) Dassault 900 Falcon Mystere bizjet VH-CAD was noted to finally depart Hamilton Island Airport after arriving over a week ago.

VH-CAD departed to Newcastle (Williamtown) and Bankstown after arriving from those places on Friday 10 June.

Fly Weel Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-KWZ was also noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport, also on Saturday 18 June.  It arrived from and later departed back to the Gold Coast.

Meanwhile, down at Mackay Airport, the locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ was back in the air, noted departing for the Gold Coast.

UPDATE!  On Monday 27 June, N142GZ finally departed the Gold Coast and returned to Mackay Airport.

And Bowenville (near Toowoomba) based Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ arrived into Mackay Airport from Natal Downs.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 19 June, VH-JSZ departed Mackay Airport for Archerfield.

Meanwhile, also on Saturday 18 June, Victoria-based SUD Aviation Gardan GY-80-160D Horizon VH-EOL looked to fly down from Mareeba to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.

And Seair Pacific / Istlecote Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-TLH departed Rolleston Aerodrome for Cunnamulla and the Gold Coast - possibly at the end of a closed tourist charter flight.  It also visited Longreach Airport two days prior. 

Finally, also on Saturday 18 June, A C Airways (of Albury in New South Wales) Piper PA-31 Navajo B VH-KMW arrived into Rockhampton Airport from the Ballina / Bryon Bay Gateway Airport.  After refuelling, it then departed and completed aerial survey work around Bundaberg before then returning to land at Rocky.

UPDATE!  On Monday 20 June, VH-KMW departed Rockhampton Airport for the South.

Brisbane-based Teys Australia Cessna 525 Citation CJ2 Bizjet VH-TEY Pops into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 17 June, Brisbane-based Teys Australia Cessna 525 Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-TEY was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport.

It looked to arrive from and then depart back to its Archerfield base.

While noted flying around the Whitsundays this week has been Clive Palmer's Mineralogy Company Agusta A119 'Koala' helicopter VH-KOL.  It looked to arrive in the region last Saturday 11 June.

UPDATE!  On Monday 20 June, VH-KOL looked to return to the South-East corner of the state, flying via Gladstone Airport.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 17 June, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525C CitationJet CJ4 bizjet VH-PIY was noted visiting Bundaberg Airport once again this week.  On this occasion, it looked to arrive from and later depart back to Brisbane.

Leppington Pastoral Co. P/L Textron B300 Super King Air VH-JET made an early arrival into Bundaberg Airport from Camden before it then departed to Billabong Station. 

During the afternoon, AirMed Australia Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-NEQ as "Airmed 923" landed at Bundaberg Airport from Bankstown and Newcastle (Williamtow).  It later departed to Tamworth. 

And Brisbane-based Avcair Cessna 425 Conquest 1 VH-BSM was back in the region again this week, this time visiting Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport from Archerfield via Brisbane.

Finally, also on Friday 17 June, newly re-registered Brescon (Toowoomba) Beech B200 King Air VH-DYN visited Rockhampton Airport from Toowoomba-Wellcamp.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Alenia C-27J Spartan Transport Aircraft A34-003 Completes Airwork at CQ Airports

On Friday 17 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Alenia C-27J Spartan transport aircraft A34-003 was noted completing airwork at a couple of Central Queensland Airports.

It was flying as "Wallaby 60" and looked to fly up from RAAF Base Amberley to initially complete airwork at Bundaberg Airport before then completing more up at Gladstone Airport.

A34-003 "Wallaby 60" then flew back to Amberley.

Pionair Australia British Aerospace BAe-146-200 VH-SAZ Visits Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Thursday 16 June, Pionair Australia British Aerospace BAe 146-200QC VH-SAZ was noted departing Rockhampton Airport for Cairns and Horn Island as 'SFZ681' / "Skyforce 681".  It appears to have arrived late on Wednesday 15 June from Brisbane as 'SFZ9063' / "Skyforce 9063" having earlier completed its weekly visit to Mackay Airport - see Blog post below!

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 16 June, Machjet (Machjet International) Beech B200C King Air VH-PUY looked to arrive into Maryborough Airport from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.  It then completed the short hop up to Bundaberg Airport before then heading West.

Brisbane-based Piper PA-34-220T Seneca III VH-YSA flew up from Archerfield to Hamilton Island Airport.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 19 June, VH-YSA departed Hamo and returned to Archerfield.

While Sydney-based Amateur-built Express S2000 VH-MWD was noted arriving into the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour from Caloundra.

And Baron Capital Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-TFW looked to visit Hamilton Island Airport from Armidale.

Finally, also on Thursday 16 June, Tasmanian-based Helicopter Resources P/L's Eurocopter AS.350B3 Squirrel helicopter VH-UUG flew into Gladstone Airport from Merimbula, Shellharbour, Port McQuarrie and Toowoomba.  It looked to start its flight from Hobart the previous day.

UPDATE!  On Friday 17 June, VH-UUG departed Gladstone Airport for Mackay Airport and seems to have now commenced operations out of there.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetails A30-002 & A30-003 Complete Airwork at CQ Airports

On Thursday 16 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-002 was noted completing a missed approach at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.

It was flying as "Wedgetail 05" and flew up from RAAF Base Williamtown via airwork at Coffs Harbour.  It then landed at RAAF Base Amberley.


While fellow RAAF Wedgetail A30-003 was noted completing a missed approach at Hamilton Island Airport before later being photographed (above) landed at Townsville.

It was flying as "Wedgetail 04" and also flew up from Williamtown but via airwork at the Sunshine Coast.

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" Pops into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport

On Wednesday 15 June, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane.

After a short time on the ground, VH-URR "Ambulance 604" departed Proserpine Airport and returned to Brisbane.

Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525A Citation CJ2 Bizjet VH-ZIY Also Spotted at Gladstone Airport - Plus More!

Also on Wednesday 15 June, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525A Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-ZIY was also spotted visiting Gladstone Airport.


It looked to arrive from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane before later departing to the North - possibly to Cairns.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 15 June,  Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-24 jet VH-VTF was noted visiting my local Clermont Aerodrome.  It arrived from Archerfield before later departing to Charleville and Adelaide Airports.

Flylink Aviation College Diamond DA 40 VH-EUU flew into Longreach Airport from Archerfield via Roma Airport.

UPDATE!  On Friday 17 June, VH-EUU departed Longreach Airport for Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport and then the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.

Brisbane-based Australian Agricultural Company Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAC arrived into Bundaberg Airport from Archerfield before later departing to the Gold Coast.

While Brisbane-based Avcair Cessna 425 Conquest 1 VH-BSM flew into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Archerfield and Collinsville Airports.  It then returned to Collinsville Airport where it appears to be overnighting.  VH-BSM is scheduled to return to Archerfield on Thursday 16 June.

Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 bizjet VH-LXZ looked to visit Mackay Airport once again from Bankstown and Maitland. 

Pilatus PC-12/45 VH-PID of Kibble (Aeronautics and Technology Holdings) looked to visit Mackay Airport from Toowoomba.

And Pionair Australia British Aerospace BAe 146-200QC VH-SAZ visited Mackay Airport on its weekly Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight.  It arrived from and later departing back to Brisbane as SFZ667/8.

Finally, also on Wednesday 15 June, Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Metro 23 VH-VEK called into Longreach Airport from Brisbane before later returning there but via Boulia.

Fellow Link Airways Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEJ flew up from Brisbane to Oaky Creek Mine Site and Clermont Aerodrome.  It then returned to Brisbane. 

And Link Airways SAAB 340B VH-VEM was noted visiting Theodore Airport from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DT(BBJ) A36-001 "Envoy 73" Spotted at Gladstone Airport - Plus More!

On Wednesday 15 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DT(BBJ) A36-001 was spotted visiting Gladstone Airport.  As widely reported, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese came to town to host a meeting of Federal Cabinet, as well as participating in other engagements.


A36-001 was heard to be using the radio callsign "Envoy 73" and looked to arrive from Brisbane and later depart to Canberra.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 15 June, RAAF Alenia C-27J Spartan transport aircraft A34-002 as "Kaos 55" flew up from RAAF Base Amberley to complete airwork at Wondai before continuing at low level up to complete more airwork at Bundaberg Airport.  It then flew down to the Sunshine Coast and then back to Amberley.

McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525C CitationJet CJ4 Bizjet VH-PIY Calls into Bundaberg Airport - Plus More!

On Tuesday 14 June, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International recently delivered Cessna 525C CitationJet CJ4 bizjet VH-PIY was noted visiting Bundaberg Airport.

It looked to arrive from the Sunshine Coast and Sydney and later depart back to the Sunshine Coast.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 14 June, DeGunst Transport P/L Textron (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-NPZ made its weekly flight from Bundaberg to Nebo Aerodrome and back - but via Rockhampton Airport.

Of interest, VH-NPZ looked to visit Gladstone Airport on Monday 13 June.

While Lancair LC40-550FG VH-XTU visited Gladstone Airport from its Sunshine Coast base.

Locally-based Horizon Airways Piper PA-31-325 Navajo Chieftain VH-LWW departed Mackay Airport for Cairns.

Fly Weel Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-KWZ was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport from the Gold Coast.

And MT Air Charters / Pilatus Australia Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-JMU arrived into Mackay Airport from the Sunshine Coast.  It had earlier flown across from Darwin and Mount Isa.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 15 June, VH-JMU departed Mackay Airport for Miranda Downs.

Finally, also on Tuesday 14 June, Altitude Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-ISS departed Archerfield for Blackall and Longreach Airports.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 15 June, departed Longreach Airport for Brisbane and then back to Archerfield.

While at Emerald Airport, Southern Airlines Beech 1900 VH-VSO was photographed as it was parked up for the night after earlier arriving from Melbourne (Moorabbin), West Sale and Bourke.


UPDATE!  On Wednesday 15 June, VH-VSO departed Emerald Airport for West Sale and Moorabbin.

And Cessna 210 VH-KTE arrived from its Gladstone Airport base.

UPDATE!  On Friday 17 June, VH-KTE returned to Gladstone Airport before continuing to Caloundra.
