Shortstop Jet Charter Dassault Falcon 900C Bizjet VH-OAA Pops into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 29 January, Shortstop Jet Charter Dassault Falcon 900C bizjet VH-OAA was noted visiting Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It flew up from its Melbourne (Essendon) base.

After a short time on the ground, VH-OAA departed Prosie and returned to Essendon.

Meanwhile, a few light General Aviation (GA) aircraft were noted visiting various Central Queensland Airports, also on Friday 29 January.

NQ Goldfields Beech 58 Baron VH-SNZ popped into Gladstone Airport from its Charters Towers Airport base.  It then departed to Townsville before returning to the Towers.

While during the afternoon, Sundown Pastoral Company (of Bonogin in the Gold Coast Hinterland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-NSI also popped into Gladstone Airport, arriving from and later departing back to the Gold Coast.

And out at Longreach Airport, Chartair Cessna 441 Conquest 2 VH-JLT called in while returning to its Northern Territory base.  VH-JLT arrived from Redcliffe where it completed planned maintenance and later departed to Borroloola and Darwin.

Finally on Thursday 28 January, it's worth nothing that at Rockhampton Airport, Skyline Aviation Group Beech B200 King Air VH-NGL popped in while flying from Lake Macquarie in New South Wales to Townsville.  

It appears that the smart looking corporate King Air has been delivered to Townsville-based ZephAir Australia - Aircraft Charters.

Of interest, ZephAir Australia also operate a frequent visitor to the region in the form of Piper PA-31 Navajo VH-AYT.

While also on Thursday 28 January, Seair Pacific / Istlecote Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-TLH flew into Middlemount Aerodrome from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) and Maryborough Airports before later returning to Hervey Bay Airport.

Teys Australia Cessna 525 Citation CJ2 Bizjet VH-TEY Arrives into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

During the afternoon on Monday 9 November, Brisbane-based Teys Australia Cessna 525 Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-TEY was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport.  It looked to arrive from its Archerfield base.

At the time of writing, it appears that VH-TEY is spending at least the night parked at Rocky.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 10 November, VH-TEY departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to Archerfield.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 9 November, Seair Pacific / Istlecote Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TQW was noted visiting Middlemount Aerodrome, arriving from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) and Maryborough Airports before later departing back to Hervey Bay Airport.

While Chartair Cessna 402C VH-UCD was noted departing Longreach Airport for Tamworth.  It looked to have arrived into Longreach Airport on Sunday 8 November from Darwin and Katherine.

Finally, Wagga Air Centre (Mabena) SOCATA TBM-850 VH-PVM as "Wagga Air 669" landed at Roma Airport from Wagga Wagga and Orange in New South Wales.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 10 November, VH-PVM "Wagga Air 669" looked to complete a return flight from Roma Airport to Windorah and back.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 11 November, VH-PVM "Wagga Air 669" completed a return flight from Roma Airport to Blackall Airport and back before it then continued to Orange.

Nice Pair of Locally-based Bizjets Pop into Hamilton Island Airport - Challenger 604 N604AU & Citation VH-NEQ

On Friday 26 October, a couple of nice locally-based corporate bizjets were noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport.

ANZA Aviation Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet N604AU was first to arrive into Hamo, touching down from Sydney.

A little later, AirMed Australia Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-NEQ was noted also arriving into Hamilton Island Airport but from Bankstown via Sydney.  It doesn't appear to be operating a medical-related flight however.

At the time of writing, both bizjets appears to be staying at Hamo.

UPDATE!  Both N604AU and VH-NEQ departed Hamilton Island Airport on Sunday 28 October.

Finally, slightly smaller, but none-the-less an interesting visitor also to Hamilton Island Airport also on Friday 26 October was Chartair (or Darwin, Northern Territory) Cessna 441 Conquest VH-JFU.  It looked to fly from Cairns to Moranbah Airport before heading to Hamo.  It then returned to Cairns.
