Some Clermont Aerodrome and Emerald Airport Spottings This Week

Aero Professional Services in Emerald, Air Tractor AT-301 VH-NCB, was noted at Clermont Aerodrome on Monday 10 October.


Also at Clermont Aerodrome on Monday, Skytrans Airlines Dash-8s VH-QQJ, VH-QQK, and VH-QQM were later noted arriving from Brisbane on fly-in fly-out (FIFO) duties.

Meanwhile at Emerald Airport, also on Monday 10 October, Alliance Airlines Fokker 100s VH-FKD and VH-XWM, were noted operating FIFO services from and back to Brisbane.



VH-XWM - which now wears full Alliance Airlines colours - is pictured departing as UTY1021 to Brisbane.

Also at Emerald Airport on Monday was Pilatus Britten-Norman BN2A-26 VH-RQW which wears 'Par Avion' titles (which is part of Airlines of Tasmania), but is operated by an aerial survey company in New South Wales.


Another Pilatus Britten-Norman BN2A-20, VH-CWG - which is a regular to the Central Queensland region - was photographed at Clermont Aerodrome in late September also operating aerial survey flights.
